Who are you getting NEWS from? Who SHOULD you?

Uncategorized Mar 23, 2020

Instead of getting opinions from social media (AND the news channels), are you watching the actual Press Briefings?

A lot of strategies have been implemented for the benefit of all people and businesses.

Please at least skim our notes and be encouraged. Watch the whole briefing if you can.

My teen daughter took these notes for me and although she said it was "boring at first"; even she realized, and was impressed, by how hard our leadership is working to curb this virus and economic stress. She also mentioned how rude and challenging the press was being and how impressed she was with President Trump's ability to handle the situation. She said she imagined if it was how she was being treated, she would just cry.

I share her personal feedback to remind everyone that we need to honor and respect all people; no matter our personal opinions of how they are or are not doing their job. We as a country have seemed to wake up to the anti-bullying campaigns, but yet are tolerating the press seemingly doing the same thing to our leadership. I believe it is time we change the channels of who we are listening to. President Trump has opened communication directly with the people. These Press Briefings are a better source for the news of this situation than watching the news summaries we may be getting. I personally have been disgusted by witnessing the "spin" that is happening - after I clearly have taken notes on something and see it mislead on NBC News.

When I listen to the Press Briefings, I feel a sense of confidence and when I listen to the news fear rises up.

Who are you listening to?

SHARE these blog posts with those you see criticizing about things that are not necessarily true or the full story - once you become educated yourself about the facts.
